Luke Wenke sent the following letter to the Honorable Lawrence J. Vilardo, who’s overseeing Wenke’s attempted lawsuit against me, in early April of 2026. In it, Wenke:

• Urges the court to deduct the $405 lawsuit filing fee from his jail commissary account (as of 04/17/2026, I have not been served with any legal documents)

• Falsely accuses me of conspiring with the FBI agent who oversaw Wenke’s cyberstalking investigations (and who is listed as my codefendant in Wenke’s bogus lawsuit)

• Falsely accuses me of gaining unauthorized access to the mail room at the Monroe County Jail by conspiring with corrections officers, and tampering with said mail

• Falsely accuses me of trying to interfere with the personal business and marriage of the judge who oversaw his previous cyberstalking case, and falsely claims that I admitted to the alleged interference in a jailhouse phone call

• Falsely accuses me of cyberstalking him with this website (sharing the public record and my experience as a stalking victim do not constitute cyberstalking)

• States his plans to seek a lawyer’s help obtaining a $200,000 wrongful incarceration check

• Falsely claims that I have insider information about a home burglary that I’m 99.99999% sure never happened (and if it did, I wasn’t involved and know nothing about it); states his desire/intention to “put me under duress” and “make me confess”

• Falsely accuses me of stealing his car and states his hopes/intentions for me to be charged with grand theft

• States his plans to sue the Wenkeville family reunion and the Libertarian Party

• Mentions for the umpteenth time that his late grandmother was a judge in the small village of Carrollton, NY and expresses his belief that “families of judges shouldn’t face judges” (in other words, I think he believes he should get away with his behavior because he’s related to someone who oversaw a courtroom in the middle of nowhere for three seconds during the ’90s)
