In the following email to the judge who oversaw his first cyberstalking case, Luke Wenke falsely accuses me of vandalizing his decrepit Olean, New York residence. He also falsely accuses both myself and my family of being on welfare and alleges that the federal government pays me to run this website.
As I’ve stated many times, no one pays me to run this website; in fact, I pay all costs associated with the site and I do not profit from it. My website was never intended to generate revenue. Its purpose is to provide the public with easily accessible information about my alleged stalker, who is known to target multiple victims.
It’s perhaps worth noting that the court received this email five days prior to Luke Wenke’s most recent federal arrest on December 17th. Wenke is currently in custody on federal remand at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, New York as he waits to answer to new charges for allegedly threatening a federal judge and others.

“Good news, X returned my profile a day after completely annihilating it. Now I get to continue practicing my digital free speech rights by saying things like ‘Police officers refused to fingerprint my damaged house which Katie destroyed so I think Ralph Bucky Phillips deserves a full pardon’.
“‘Foot soldier’ and familiar favorite to the court Janet Lynn Dorothy McCaul noticed ‘Dr’ Leidenfrost on tv with the Buffalo Bills. I guess I now have to openly support the Dolphins since 1) Both Bills games I went to in recent years prior to the FBI arrogantly interrupting my affairs they played the Dolphins and the Dolphins won 2) Bills fans hate the Dolphins.
“Let’s leak the court notes on Leidenfrost getting grilled to the Buffalo Bills. Attention Bills fans, you have a psychiatric quack on your side and it’s going to result in the continued non-appearances of the Bills in the Superbowl.
“Continue watching me on X so Katie’s website can have substance. Why isn’t she selling merchandise? Her family makes money from government, Katie is basically generational welfare who sugar bitches off of guys she hasn’t seen in over a decade so it’s ok that she doesn’t have a private sector work ethic savvy mind.
“Any ‘legalize all vice industries’ strikes that may or may not happen in the vicinity of the driveways of federal judges are completely on Andrew Martin Kolstee of Jamestown; former Chautauqua County and former NY Libertarian Chairman. Also 2020 candidate for Congress against Tom Reed. All potential future protests of that nature are completely on him.”
