The following documents pertain to Luke Wenke’s first federal cyberstalking case (1:22-cr-00035). Wenke was arrested in January 2022 for cyberstalking a Minnesota-based criminal defense attorney (referred to on this website and in court documents as “R.G.”) who represented a defendant whom Wenke was (and arguably still is) romantically obsessed with (“Ryan,” also sometimes referred to as “Benjamin”).

Wenke pleaded guilty to cyberstalking in April 2022 and was sentenced to 18 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release. In exchange for his guilty plea, prosecutors dismissed one count of making interstate threats.
