Luke Wenke sent the following email (toward the bottom of this page) to the judge who oversaw his federal cyberstalking case in early November of last year, roughly a month after his release from prison. In it, he calls for the burning of the U.S. flag while making it clear that he believes the government violated his free speech rights by taking legal action against him.
Wenke also details his plans to hold a community meeting at the Old Library Inn in Olean, New York. During the event, Wenke planned to pitch his idea for what he calls a “Universal Order of Protection Program.”
Wenke’s vision of the program entails the constant, worldwide tracking of individuals who are the subjects of protective orders, and alerting local law enforcement if and when someone enters the protected party’s town. It’s clear that he failed to consider numerous key factors in devising his ill-conceived plan, including cost; the inherent complications associated with coordinating between national, state, and local law enforcement agencies, and the fact that the program would be useless in cases where the victim and offender already live in the same town.
Perhaps not surprisingly, this planned community event at the Old Library Inn never happened. In the email, Wenke also details his plans to turn his house into a Libertarian museum and to acquire/establish a halfway house for newly-released federal inmates as a way to repay his mother for paying his bills throughout his three-plus year legal saga. As you can probably guess, that also never happened, and Wenke is now behind bars at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, New York as he faces his second federal cyberstalking case.

The email featured in this article also contains false allegations that someone trespassed onto Luke Wenke’s property and destroyed the interior of his Olean, NY traphouse while he was incarcerated.
Luke Wenke has been falsely accusing people of breaking into his house and ransacking it since years before his first cyberstalking arrest. Starting in late 2021, he insisted that his neighbor had broke into his house. He was in the midst of a months-long tirade about it at the time of his arrest in January 2022, when the feds allegedly lured him to the Olean Police Department by having an officer call him and ask him to come in so they could work on his complaint against his neighbor.
After his first release from prison in March 2023, Luke Wenke accused his cyberstalking victim of a home intrusion. This was also when he began accusing me of breaking in and stealing various items, including his tarot cards and selenite crystals (whatever those even are). Never mind the fact that I’m not spiritual, therefore having no use for those items in the first place, or that I was living over 65 miles away at the time. Wenke remains adamant, to this day, that I wasted an entire day and the cost of fuel to drive to his shitty dumphole house and steal his crusty tarot cards (and never mind that I could’ve bought a brand-new, non-crusty deck on Amazon for way cheaper than the costs of this imaginary outing).
