On December 17th, 2025 — just two months after his release from prison for violating the terms of his supervised release in a previous federal cyberstalking case — Luke Wenke was arrested on a second cyberstalking charge. This time, he’s accused of cyberstalking a court official who was involve din his previous case. Wenke is currently on remand at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, New York as he awaits his next court hearing, which is scheduled for April 1st, 2026.
