Luke Wenke Fantasizes About His Victims Moving to Olean

Luke Wenke sent the following letter to the Honorable John L. Sinatra, Jr. in March of 2024 while detained at the Orleans County Jail in Albion, New York. In it, he fantasizes about several of his stalking/harassment victims, including myself (Katie); his romantic obsession’s (Ryan’s) father, Brett; and the “Minnesota attorney” he served prison time for cyberstalking.

Seemingly desperate to cling to his vision of me as perpetually impoverished (while, in reality, knowing little to nothing about what my life is actually like), Wenke proposes “helping” me by obtaining a “free blighted house” for me in the city of Olean. I’d do a lot of dignity-compromising things before accepting Wenke’s charity (and by “a lot” I mean a lot), but that aside, Wenke’s in no position to offer charity to anyone since he doesn’t even have a pot to piss in or two nickels to rub together. But, as usual, he’s too focused on other people’s personal lives to worry about the pitiful three-ring shit show his own life has become. No surprise there.

Wenke also suggests providing his cyberstalking victim (the one he served federal prison time for stalking) with a “satellite office” in Olean. He proposes a similar business set-up for his romantic obsession’s (Ryan’s) father, who had an order of protection against Wenke at the time the letter was written. This letter is just one of many examples of how Luke Wenke doesn’t care about his victims’ wishes to be left alone and knowingly wants to force his presence into their lives.

On the surface, it seems delusional, but I personally believe that Luke Wenke is far more lucid than he acts (and than the court credits him for). I think his words and actions are much more deliberate and premeditated than any authority has ever recognized, and that it’s sickening how much he seems to get away with on the basis of being “mentally ill.” Even if he’s mentally ill, he knows right from wrong. He knows his victims want zero contact. And he’s no longer a first-time offender, but I lack faith that the court will ever stop treating him like one.

I suppose only time will tell; in the meantime, I’m not holding my breath.

“-My maternal brother can own property at 14 in 2028. Get county tax auction land, get the Department of Housing & Urban Development into the courtroom to get a loan to build a house through illegal immigrants he designs on Minecraft, get the Department of Agriculture into the courtroom and they his new house become a 7 digit garlic farm paying for itself up the road from my mother.

“-My paternal brother likes science so he needs to be a 7 digit earning nuclear power plant CEO when he turns 18 in 2032. Go back in the court notes to ‘I was one of the state senator’s top donors’ remark from me. Take that former skillset, make them all sit down with a U.S. Department of Energy official in the courtroom, put it on county tax auction land way out in the Adirondacks, make it state owned all you want, over the next 8 years make the paternal brother a state contracted CEO required to get a degree within a certain amount of time; neither me or him can afford to inherit our father’s debt, so he can make 7 digits.

“Get the U.S. Space Force into the courtroom with Siemens Dresser Rand of Olean officials accessible through John Crawford and my father’s uncle Walt Nye, make Siemens Dresser Rand manufacture satellites needed to create an interstate order of protection system; contract my father in as Vice-President of Satellite Manufacturing Operations since he has an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee he needs to use.

“These are the things that take place in my mind, not public safety threat oriented ideas. I would appreciate less heartache, it is hurting the court’s Yelp review section.

“Check George Takei and Japanese internment camps. 2020s ‘rise in crime’ ‘Freedom To Assemble’ violations separating family members who can’t even email each other through Trulincs and are told to testify against each other in court. “All Donald Trump appointed federal officials are hereby required to denounce all ludicrous government healthcare mandates including but not limited to mental health. Obamacare bankrupted us.

“It is a violation of Equal Protection Under The Law for only prosecutors to have the ability to subpoena someone into the courtroom the same way it is a violation of Equal Protection Under The Law for public defenders’ offices to receive their funding from prosecutor’s offices. Brett obviously made money his whole life so if my mother can make the jump from piano to opening a restaurant then I don’t see why Brett can’t expand into Western New York business beyond exclusively North Carolina. Deport all the illegals from North Carolina and put them in Carl’s properties so they can fix Interstate 86 for all I care, pay Brett to drive them up here.

“Federal litigation is an exotic concept to people in my part of Cattaraugus County, yet Siemens Dresser Rand of Olean thinks it has a fighting chance by sheer force of John Crawford getting a selfie with Chuck Schumer advocating for the place. Wealthy Canadians go to Ellicottville all the time and the Nelson Law Firm’s owner John Nelson decided to close his place in Ellicottville and go deejay in U.K. since Covid hit. Much more to litigation than the inner cities and I think South Dakota native [cyberstalking victim] agrees. So I guess we would need to introduce him to Claudia Attard [sp?] the realtor of Olean and Joe Bantelman the insurance guy of Olean who has a place in Rochester too.

Seasonless ramen with spicy jalapeno squeeze cheese is something we can have in the real world too, not just jail commissary. We don’t need to make fake Recon profiles and fake burner numbers to talk forever.
