The Luke Wenke Files

LETTER: Luke Wenke is Dissatisfied w/ Lack of Movement on His Lawsuit Against Me

The federal courthouse in Buffalo, NY received the following letter from Luke Wenke. It pertains to a lawsuit he’s attempting to pursue against me for supposedly conspiring against him with the federal government. Based on the letter’s contents, Wenke seems to be growing impatient because the court has not deducted the $405 lawsuit filing fee from his jail commissary account, and there has been no apparent movement on the case in roughly a month or longer.

Only Luke Wenke can speak to his thought processes, but I’m not sure why he thinks a pile of BS lies will move along seamlessly and efficiently in the court process. His complaint against me is so far-fetched and easy to disprove, it’s laughable. It would be unconscionable for any court figure to move forward with a lawsuit filled with such blatantly absurd claims about the defendant(s) and no actual proof. Wenke really overestimates his intelligence while wildly underestimating everyone else’s.

Based on the letter’s contents, it seems as though Wenke is trying to imply that I might’ve forged the signature and handwriting of his current cyberstalking victim (a federal official who oversaw his first cyberstalking case). It bears similar overtones to Wenke’s previous attempts to frame me for forging his handwriting and somehow sending letters out in his name from a jail that’s located nowhere close to anywhere I’ve ever been or lived.

Wenke v. Valentine – Letter – Doc. #7 – 1:26-cv-00181 – March 2026

“Hello,

“I invite whoever it may concern to please take the $405 from my commissary account here at Monroe County Jail to pay for the Pro Se lawsuit civil case #26-cv-00181. Regardless of what I suspect is being talked about concerning my mother’s state of financial well being, she is already coming out of this story much better off than she was before. This will be a good summer for her.

“I have not heard anything about any updates concerning this lawsuit. It has been a month since I was. We are working on appealing the detention hearing still, as a magistrate from Syracuse who is afraid of having defendants in his courtroom so he gladly has court hearings without them present doing all kinds of suspicious judicial mischief, as the case was with my end of things January 30th. It is also worth informing you that U.S. District Judge John Sinatra Jr. sent me confidential legal mail here to Monroe County Jail recently and Victoria W. Bahl has the evidence at the Rochester Federal Public Defender’s Office. We are actively asking if it is possible Katie [last name] (defendant in civil case #26-cv-00171) personally delivered it here to Monroe County Jail, since everybody involved in my circumstances is aware that she had immediate access to John Sinatra’s emails. I was informed that Marianne Mariano is actively researching if Katie does work like this for the Sinatra courtroom on a frequent basis such as sending out confidential legal mail containing US Appeals Judge Debra Ann Livingston’s signature confirming Katie’s hearing at the Senate Judiciary Committee where she is allegedly to be interviewed to replace the…”

“…Sinatra courtroom entirely with herself, and those of her choosing.

“If this were to happen, does Katie plan on upholding cyberstalking convictions against me forever thanks to hacked electronic devices and 10 year olds operating fake emails and social media profiles claiming to be me? I don’t know what else she truly discussed behind the scenes over email with the Sinatra courtroom.

“I don’t know how much Katie and Andrew Clark of the Buffalo FBI have been collaborating with each other since this lawsuit materialized against them. Kind of an unfair playing field at the moment on my end of things. I was hoping to appear in your magistrate of choosing in Buffalo’s courtroom after a successful Rochester appeal of the detention hearing, but for some reason the appeal’s date keeps getting dragged out further and further as things continue to take place such as the prosecutor S. Eldridge allowing Katie to listen to my Monroe County phone calls (while having this lawsuit against her, mind you – conflict of interest/obstruction of justice). So while I wonder if Andrew and Katie are collaborating even more against me, I am considering how effective a Constitutional lawsuit would be against the Buffalo FBI entirely, concerning cruel and Unusual Punishment ethics violations over how they pointed guns at me in the Salamanca family Dollar parking lot December 2025 over a nonviolent speech “crime” committed with no witnesses present. I see no difference between the Buffalo FBI and what news articles describe about ICE.

“Thank you for your continued involvement. – Judge Giardini’s oldest grandson Luke Wenke”
