Luke Wenke filed the following civil complaint in Buffalo, New York in late January of 2026. Included among the defendants are myself (Wenke’s former friend) and an FBI agent who was involved in the original investigation of Luke Wenke prior to his arrest for cyberstalking in 2022.
Wenke is accusing me of violating his civil rights while working as a federal employee. He listed my employer as “Buffalo federal probation,” but I don’t and never have worked for any government. I’m also completely unaffiliated with the FBI agent who is listed as my codefendant.
Furthermore, Luke Wenke is falsely accusing the government of paying me to run this website. From the very beginning of its existence, this website has been run by me and only me. I don’t profit from the site, I pay all costs associated with it out-of-pocket, and no one works for me or contributes content to the website.
As of 03/08/2026, I have not been served with any documents pertaining to this case.
